Is there really a free tier?+
Yes, every ski school and independent instructor can list for free, indefinitely. We make money on subscriptions, not commissions, so we never take a cut of your lessons.
Do paid plans include payment processing?+
No, SkiLessonFinder is inquiry-only. Students contact you through the profile and you handle payment your usual way. There are no per-booking fees from us.
Why does only the Free plan show my external website?+
Free profiles send traffic to your own site where it can't be measured. Paid plans capture inquiries through the form instead so you have a number you can act on: count, follow up, and improve.
What is the "Fast Response" badge?+
An automatically-awarded badge that appears when your average reply time stays under two hours. Students see it on your profile and in search results, schools that respond fast convert dramatically better.
Can I switch plans during the year?+
Yes. Go to Billing and pick a new plan or open the billing portal, Stripe handles the proration automatically.
What currency is billing in?+
Swiss Francs (CHF). Stripe converts at the spot rate if your card is in another currency.
